Ms. K'ai Roberts and Mr. Grant Magnus teach real people the art of improvisational Argentine Tango for the social floor.
Whether you're brand new to tango, new to dancing, or an experienced milonguero, you will find fun and value in Grant and K'ai's tango classes.
We draw on real-world analogies to help connect with our students, whether you're an engineer, artist, computer scientist, college student, or retired executive. For those who think they are too cerebral to dance, we remind you that "Tango is like mobile chess - constant problem-solving, but with a beautiful woman in your arms." For those who already dance, we show you how to apply that experience to accelerate your learning curve.
Lessons are open both to singles, and to coupled dancers. If you don't have a partner, no worries - singles are welcome. We rotate partners throughout the lessons. Coupled dancers have the option to rotate, or stay with each other.
Take a chance on finding a fantastic new hobby or new obsession...a fun way to exercise...a great excuse to buy new shoes...a chance to meet new people or reconnect in a creative way with those you've known a long time. Share your passion for tango with those who know how you feel, and those who would like to know.
